The poster below is what I was given to work with for my first professional commission. I was given the task by my father as they were not getting the ticket revenue they required with the poster below. I was told to give the poster my style and input and I created the poster below using my love of bright colours against a black background  in a professional format. The concert sold out in the end and I decided from this point on that I wanted to be a graphic designer.

Looking for some inspiration I came across the idea of keeping a blog as a way of inspiring myself when i got lost and bogged down by the idea of creating for other people. Uni work has become uninspiring and I need to find my muse again as I feel like the true part of me has got lost in briefs and following rules. My designs are better when I go back to my roots and follow my passions.
